We are based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and offer full-service delivery, setup, and breakdown within Dallas and Collin County. Travel outside this area is available for an additional fee.
Do you work with wedding planners and coordinators?
Yes! We love working with planners and coordinators to ensure a seamless experience. We handle all logistics and communicate directly with your planner so everything is taken care of on your wedding day.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, as we take on a limited number of events each month to ensure quality and attention to detail.

Seating Chart Rentals
What is included in the seating chart rental?
Each rental includes an 8 ft x 4 ft wood seating chart board, wallpaper selection, custom design, adjustable picture light, delivery, setup, and teardown.
Can I customize the design?
Absolutely. You can choose from our curated wallpaper options or provide your own. We’ll work with you to create a design that complements your wedding aesthetic.
When do you need my guest list?
We ask that your final guest list be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
Do I need to be there for setup or teardown?
Not at all. We coordinate directly with your planner or venue and handle everything from start to finish.

Bachelorette Bags
How does the customization process work?
You can either design your bag yourself by selecting your options, or let us create something for you through our Signature Concierge experience.
Can I order bags for my entire group?
Yes! Simply add each customized bag to your cart individually to ensure each one is personalized correctly.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If your order has not yet entered production, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I secure my date?
A $200 deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

Are custom items refundable?
Due to the personalized nature of our products and services, all custom orders are final sale.
